The Collectivity Salon Series
A Space for Thoughtful Conversation and Meaningful Connections
Leaders today face growing challenges—from policy rollbacks and funding shifts to polarization and systemic barriers. The series fosters reflection, strategy, and action—offering insights, connections, and tools to navigate change, advocate for impact, and build resilient networks.
What does it mean to belong?
This year, we are turning our focus to Belonging: Inclusion, Connection, Recognition, and Agency, drawn from the Othering & Belonging Institute’s Resource Guide for Belonging-Builders.
In the current political environment, where polarization and “othering” are heightened, centering belonging reframes the conversation toward inclusion, shared humanity, and collective agency rather than fear.
