Together, three workshops provide a comprehensive leadership development experience covering Systems Thinking & Adaptive Strategy, Coaching, Facilitation & Collaborative Leadership, and Leading Through Change & Uncertainty. While each workshop can stand on its own, participating in the full series offers the greatest opportunity to build on skills over time, receive ongoing peer feedback, and connect as a cohort.
